Essential Oils

Essential Oils are the fragrances of the world. Every time you smell a flower or inhale the new arriving seasons, you’re smelling the delightful oils of Earth. Many of these scents help with multiple annoyances. Both physical and mental stress can be helped through application of this product. You can use different methods to get results. The first thing you can do is set atop a burning flame and let the air become engulfed. This is known as Aromatic. The second method, and most common, is to apply on the skin. Just a few drops either on the palms, wrists, or neck. This is known as Topical. The third method is to use them in your recipes. Many oils have dietary benefits and are used as flavoring or for nutritious aid. This is called the Internal Method.

Here’s a list of some of the popular oils I have found. However, this list does not include all of the essential oils in existence.

  • Arborvitae: brings peace of mind, preserves wood. Aromatic.
  • Basil: helps you be alert, calm and it restores yourself.
  • Bergamot: helps with calming, and clears the skin.
  • Black Pepper: it’s an antioxidant and helps circulation
  • Cardamom: helps prevent nausea and breathing troubles. Internal.
  • Cassia: strengthens digestive tract and immune function.
  • Cedar wood: sooths the mind and emotions and clears the skin.
  • Cilantro: Cleanses and detoxifies the mind, soul, and body. Internal.
  • Cinnamon bark: helps regulate circulation and strengthens the immune system.
  • Clary Sage: Helps control anxiety and lifts your mood. Topical.
  • Clove: Cleans the mouth. It’s an antioxidant that helps cardiovascular troubles.   
  • Coriander: Relaxation, eases the stomach and helps digestion.
  • Cypress: Helps defeat oily skin, gives off energy.
  • Eucalyptus: Strength, stronger skin, and soreness. Can be used to clean surfaces.
  • Fennel (Sweet): Respiratory issues, and speeds metabolism.
  • Frankincense: improves cellular health, relaxation and appearance.
  • Geranium: Cleans the skin and calms the nerves. Also works as bug repellant.
  • Ginger: Helps with Nausea and indigestion as well as digestion. Also an antioxidant.
  • Grapefruit: Helps gain motivation, strengthen metabolism and help with skin issues.
  • Helichrysum: Helps strengthen metabolism, also for appearance. Sooths the mind.
  • Juniper Berry: Helps control anxiety, detoxifies mind/body, natural cleanser. Aromatic/ Topical/ Internal
  • Lavender: For calming, eases tension and helps with skin irritants. Topical.
  • Lemon: cleanses body, soul and mind, helps clean the air. Also a mood enhancer. Internal.
  • Lemongrass: helps tone nails and skin, digestive system and repels insects.
  • Lime: helps immune functions, and well-being. Balances emotions and is a mood stimulant.
  • Marjoram: For cardiovascular strength, the immune system, and calms the nerves.
  • Melaleuca: Rejuvenating, and immune strengthener. For protection.
  • Melissa: Relaxation, Immune cleanser, and for tension in the nerves.
  • Myrrh: helps to appear youthful, for emotional balance.
  • Oregano: Helps with digestive tract and respiratory system. Cleanser, Internal.  
  • Patchouli:  Helps to balance emotions and makes skin have a glowing effect.
  • Peppermint: For stomach aches and oral hygiene. Clearer breathing.
  • Roman Chamomile: to calm and help the immune system.
  • Rosemary: Sacred to the Greeks, helps fix fatigue and respiratory issues. Helps digestive tract as well.
  • Sandalwood: uplifts your mood, normally used in meditations.
  • Tea Tree: For cleansing- the mind, soul and body. Topical
  • Thyme:  Helps immune system, for cleansing or clarifying.
  • Vetiver: Calms the emotions, enhances the immune system
  • White Fir: For energy and stability.
  • Wild Orange: Revitalizes and cleanses, purifies. Helps give energy.
  • Wintergreen: Uplifts mood, soothing and warm vibes.
  • Ylang-Ylang:  antioxidant and mood stabilizer and lifter.
